Other health issues with GF food

This article is a reminder that not all that glitters GF is gold.  Essentially, various Free From lines here in Britain, which are what GF products are called, were studied and found to contain up to six times more salt than the conventional non-GF product.  When you must be GF, sometimes you forget about trans-fat, cholesterol, and salt, so big boo to the companies who can’t be bothered to remember that we can’t choose a low-salt or low-cholesterol version.

It is also a gentle reminder to all of us that we can have health problems besides a GF diet.  (deep sigh)
